  • A Residence or a Stand-alone Structure to be constructed on a Lot must be constructed at a distance of not less than five (5) meters from the Property Line fronting a street, and at a distance of not less than two (2) meters from any other Property Line not fronting a street. Building Height

  • A Residence constructed on one (1) or more Residential Lots shall have a maximum building height of nine (9) meters measured vertically from the Highest Original Ground Level of the Residential Lot up to the highest point of the structure.

Walls And Fences
