Eaves:

Roofs or eaves for any structure are allowed to project beyond the setback area of a lot; provided that, the eaves shall not be within 1.0 meter from the property line of the lot not fronting a street, and not within 2.0 meters from the property line of the lot fronting a street or AGGLC.

Fence guidelines:

  1. All walls or fences, whether see-through (e.g., grille fences, lattices, etc.) or non-see through (e.g., concrete, hollow
    block, etc.), constructed on or within a lot shall have a maximum height of two meters measured from the top curb if constructed on or along the boundary facing a street, and from the original ground level if constructed n or along the boundary not fronting a street.
  2. All walls or fences, whether see-through (e.g., grille fences, lattices, etc.) or non-see through (e.g., concrete, hollow
    block, etc.), constructed on or within a lot shall have a maximum height of two meters measured from the top curb if
    constructed on or along the boundary facing a street, and from the original ground level if constructed n or along the

  3. The owner of lots adjoining Golf Course may provide safety nets along their property line facing AGGLC. Design and specification is subject to the review and approval of the declarant and/or the association. In lieu of nets, lot owners are encouraged to use trees and other landscape elements as safety barriers.
  4. No entrances, whether pedestrian or vehicular purposes, shall be allowed on any portion of the fence along the property line fronting the golf course.
  5. A fence may be constructed on top of a retaining wall; provided that, the fence shall be no more than 2 meters in height measured from the top of the retaining wall to the highest point of the fence.
  6. For lots adjoining common areas, one pedestrian gate per lot is allowed to be constructed at the lot line adjoining a common area and shall have a maximum width clearance of 1 meter and shall open inwards towards the lot.
