Modern type of design/structures like Minimalist Architecture shall not be allowed. Likewise, warehouse or factory like, barn type, extreme glass designs or other forms that would tend to disrupt the continuity, harmony, or coherence of the community by introducing elements that are apparent violation of context, style, and intent shall not be allowed.
To preserve the general character and design intent of Verdana Homes Mamplasan, all house design shall have an “Asian Balinese” theme or similar architectural forms and details.
Building materials and building color palette as the Subdivision clubhouse will greatly help bring the aesthetic harmony to the development. Flat roofs or Roof slab are not allowed and that roofing color be within the same hue (earth tones) as the Subdivision clubhouse. Loud or striking colors should be avoided.
